The tee shot must be played over the dramatic deep ravine to one of the two fairways.

Playing left to the more open valley fairway will leave a player with an uphill medium length shot over a deep front bunker to the narrow skyline green. This shot can also be punched onto the green in windy conditions.

A successful, bolder drive with a longer carry to the right side narrow plateau, will result in a short iron approach from a preferred angle to the long axis of the green.
